OUR CUISINE

Based on seafood specialities that the chef suggests according to his own creativity, to the season and the market availabilities: octopus stew with seafood, pasta and bean soup with mussels, paccheri (special Neapolitan pasta) with prawns and rocket, swordfish with Meditaerranean souce and white polenta, cakes like Pastiera Napoletana and Zuppa Inglese strictly homemade. Meat menus are available upon reservation and prior notice.

Such heavenly tastes are enhanced by a series of wines that can satisfy the most demanding connoisseurs: local, regional and national wines give the alternative to the house-wine Pinot Bianco carefully selected to go well with the specialities suggests.
